Sindhi Sangat Sindh condemn suicide bombers attack on Church in Quetta

Hyderabad: December 20, 2017. (PCP) Sindhi Sangat Sindh strongly condemned suicide bombers attack on Church in Quetta, Pakistan. It was an effort of religious extremist terrorists to harass Christian community in Pakistan before Christmas celebration. Sindhi Sangat Sindh stands with Christian community and demand protection of religious minorities in Pakistan. In an issued statement, the central chairman of the Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has strongly condemned deadly attack on Church in Quetta capital city of Balochistan, Pakistan in which more than nine peoples were killed and more than fifty people were wounded. Chairman of the Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has said that continuous attacks on religious minorities in Pakistan shows that government failed to protect religious minorities in Pakistan. Rising attacks of religious extremist terrorists on temples, churches, shrines and mosques is alarming, killings of innocent peoples is highly condemnable and it is crime against humanity, government has failed to maintain peace across the country. Chairman Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has further said that last year on 27 March 2016 at least 75 people were killed and over 340 were injured in a suicide bombing on Easter Sunday in Lahore, Pakistan. Similarly on 16 February 2017, a deadly suicide bombing took place inside the Shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sehwan, Sindh, Pakistan in which more than 90 peoples were killed and over 300 were seriously injured. Religious extremist terrorists are enemies of humanity, Sindh has been land of Sufism and Secularism, and the essence of Sufi mystical is anchored in the soul of Sindh for centuries, but unfortunately now its historical identity is being distorted by religious extremists. Sindhi Sangat Sindh expressed his sorrowful heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the families of the victims of Quetta Church blast. Sindhi Sangat Sindh demands federal and provincial government to stop soft corner for religious extremists and take action against all religious extremists and terrorists involved in such brutal attacks.
