LARKANA: November 8, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Mumtaz Ali Bhutto said that federal minister finance Shoukat Tareen explained that the distribution of NFC award is handed over to the committee and financial commission has not taken final decision while Syed Qaim Ali Shah is plying a drum of happiness on the NFC transaction, rulers are trying to converted forbidden into lawful by NRO, corruption and general massacre reached on ascension.
Chairman Sindh National Front expressed these views while talking to this correspondent at Dahessar House, on the occasion Dr; Roshan Pachuho , Mohammed Ibrahim Abro and others were present.

Zardari party defeated first time by getting the government alone, second time defeated to restore the judges during long march and protest and third time defeated by the returning of the NRO from the Assembly but he is not agree to leave the influence.
Replying in a question, Mumtaz Bhutto said that federal government have to knee down before the Panjab Government, Balochi’s are in the rebellion position, Sindhi’s are under the possession of terrorism and thieves and rulers are licking the shoes of America by Kerry Lugar Bill (KLB) BECAUSE American has possessed on the federal system, country is going through civil war.
SNF Chief said that if the decisions are being taken in the interest of the financial award like past than Sindh will be robbed. So fetch the changing in the collection and distribution in recipe, government is trying to foolish to the nation by telling false stories of the NFC award. Present government is following the policies of the Musharraf Government and same NFC award is being running through out the country. Qaim Ali Shah handed over the half Sindh to the Muthida Qaumi Movement and half Sindh to the terrorists, rubberier and thieves. It is deep conspiracy against Sindh by establishing new Zulfiqarabad. The doors of educational institutions are closed for Sindhi students in Karachi and prohibited on Sindhi Language.
He said that one side case papers of Mir Murtaza Bhutto are disappeared from the court and on the other side the blood of Benazir Bhutto is to cause to float aaway, while the eye witnesses of the both cases Haque Nawaz Siyal and Khalid Shahenshah were also killed. “ High Court will be taken strict notice of it and make unique enquiry of these incidents,” he demanded.
