New Delhi: September 9, 2016. (PCP) Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of the Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party urged electorates of Hackney, UK to vote for his son Ankit Love’s One Love Party candidate, French artist Ms. Dawa Ma in the forthcoming Hackney (UK) mayoral by-election on September 15, 2016. Prof. Bhim Singh, a former professor of international law at Cambridge and elected Secretary of the University of London Student Union in 1971 appealed to the electorates of Hackney in an effort to maintain the UK’s membership as an integral part of the European Union for world peace and UK development. The One Love Party was founded by Prof. Bhim Singh’s only son Ankit Love (33) in October 2015 at 20 Kingsland Road, Hackney with the aim of unified international nuclear disarmament movement. Prof. Bhim Singh’s Panthers Party expressed soldiarity with the mission of Ankit Love’s vision of a confederate economic union, akin to the EU, of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and China, including free movement of labour, single currency to the end potential of an apocalyptic nuclear war. Miss Dawa Ma of ‘Far East Asian origin’ is the first French person to stand for a prominent ‘English Political’ office in history. Ankit Love nominated Miss Dawa Ma, a Dior model as the One Love candidate in protest to the recently held “Brexit” EU referendum. Miss Ma stands for the EU citizens rights that were discriminated against by them being illegally barred from voting in the referendum, a clear violation of Article 2, 3 and 9 of the Lisbon Treaty as well as Article 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Prof. Bhim Singh, also, Chairman of Indo-Palestine Friendship Society whose father Thakur Birbal fought in World War-II in Palestine for the British-Allied cause now appealed to the electorate of Hackney, UK to vote for the ‘One Love Party’ on the principles of unity and peace upon which the European Union was founded post WWII. Prof. Bhim Singh expressed support with One Love Party’s mission of a second advisory referendum that would include the enfranchisement of all EU citizens residing in the UK as well as 16 & 17 year old ones in parity with the 2014 Scottish Referendum. Despite the discriminatory practises of the illegal British EU referendum the Borough of Hackney had voted 78% to remain in the EU while 75% of 18-24 voted to remain as well. Bhim Singh, Member of the National Integration Council and a senior advocate of the Supreme Court of India that the vote was unethically manipulated by a media bias controlled by the US citizen Rupert Murdoch who harbours an anti-EU agenda unabashedly boasting that “when I go into Downing Street they do what I say; when I go to Brussels they take no notice.” Hate crime spiked 54% post referendum on a divisive and prejudiced media message promoted by Mr. Murdoch’s publications. Prof. Bhim Singh, Bar-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn reminds British PM that by British law non-British citizens such as Mr. Murdoch viewed as fostering hatred can still be banned from entry into the UK, as Prime Minister May did so earlier with the young Afro-American artist Tyler, the Creator in September 2015 claiming he had made “statements that may foster hatred, which might lead to inter community violence in the UK.” Prof. Bhim Singh is also Chairman of the Afro-Asian Solidarity Council. Prof.Bhim Singh, a specialist on the Hague International Court of Justice (ICJ), thus advised Prime Minister May against invoking Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty under dictatorial Royal Prerogative powers being an unelected Prime Minister based on a improper referendum, especially in view of her Tory party’s close relationship to Mr. Murdoch who has been in blatant breach of British values by preaching hate through his media outlets. Thus a course of rash action in these unique circumstances could be seen as a gross and potentially illegal act denying millions of their EU citizenship rights and be easily challengeable by the European Commission in the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). Thus, Prof. Bhim Singh called on the Borough of Hackney to come out in full force in support of Ankit Love’s One Love Party candidate Dawa Ma and take an important and historic stand for peace, justice, unity and true democracy for the betterment of humanity world-wide. Prof.Bhim Singh in his strong support to Ankit Love in his mission to spread the message of peace and respectable human co-existence. He recalled his message that "India is my home, the world is my country".
