The rapist doctor was also admitted in JPMC where Magdalene Ashraf Masih was fighting for life in intensive care unit of hospital but he was moved to a private hospital on July 14, 2010. A case of simple assault which falls under section 324 was registered against Dr. Jabbar Memon in Saddar Police Station on July 13, 2010, but charges of rape were not filed by police against culprit. It is doubted that links of Rapist Muslim doctor in Sindh government are conspiring to safe him from rape charges.
