HYDERABAD: May 18, 2016. (By Abbas Kassar) Dalit Sujag Tehrik held protest demonstration in front of press club here Wednesday against forced conversion of Hindu girls. The protest was led by Radha Bheel. The speakers told media that recently Hindu girls Pooja Gorwani, Kiren Meghwar, Leela Jogi, Pali and others were kidnapped and converted to Islam forcibly but despite protests and complaints by their families and Hindu community government has taken to step. They said every passing day incidents of kidnapping Hindu girls and forced conversion were taking place but neither federal nor provincial government was taking steps to stop such incidents. They said that Dalit community was most oppressed in Sindh and they were living pre civilization life with no modern facility to them. The kidnapping of their girls and forced conversion was compelling them to leave Pakistan for safer countries. They demanded from authorities to take steps to prevent such incidents and provide them protection as they were also citizens of this country
