Sahiwal. October 16. The Insan Dost Association (IDA) aims to struggle against Bonded labour system, child labour and slavery through education by the Seminar for the Bonded labour especially for the women and children. The IDA leader Mr. Nazir Ahmed

He said that we were working for these poor people with one N G O from 15years.But for the more betterment of these miserable persons. We established an N G O named (I D A) which is registered with Social Welfare Department of government of Pakistan. We are running two primary schools and we provide them free books, we also provide them free legal aid to free them and liberate them from bonds. Some people have many facilities for batter life but in Pakistan, 90% people have no basic facilities for their lives. They live from hand to mouth. They have no education, no source of money for their own jobs, mostly people have no own homes, no medical facilities and legal aid, because they are bonded people. Landowners, Carpet owners, Hotel owners, Brick-line owners, Shoes factory owners, etc bond these people. These owners takes much work and give small amount of money of their work and account the less amount of their products and do not provides them rights wages of their labour which are mentioned in labour acts and in charter of the I L O. If they demand their rights the owners persecute them sexualy, mantly and physically punishment and torture as a reward of their rights. In this way these people become poor and bond from generation to generation because they are uneducated persons. For abolishment of the feudalism, child and bonded labour system basic education is very necessary of these people. These miserable and poor people have much need of basic education and economic support for their freedom and batter lives. There are 70%christians are bonded in Pakistan and we are working for them with equal help with IDA. The IDA have requested for help and support from international communities to extend their field of work.
