If the wise men of this world divide this land geographically into twelve parts and take twelve thousands members from each part of the world to set up a new system and control this world. This division would solve all the major problems of the people and would bring peace and prosperity among the nations. This message is being sent to all the nations, kings, Prime Ministers, Presidents and high officials of this world for the consideration of peace and prevention of THIRD WORLD WAR.
