Toronto, Canada: June 7, 2010. (PCP) Chairperson of Canadian Chapter of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC, Agnes Massey have strongly condemned persecution of religious minorities in Pakistan and urged government to adopt necessary measure to protect life and property of Christians in Pakistan. In a statement issued here today, Agnes Massey said “If government is not capable to handle present grave situation of Pakistan, then they should take early retirement and let young capable blood come forward those who may handle anti social elements and corruption with an iron hand and grant surety for the safety of lives, properties and respect to all citizens without discrimination color, cast and creed” She added “Minorities are part and parcel of Pakistan and their existence white part on Pakistani flag is witness. Majority community should know that the then leader of Christians, S.P.Singha voted for the formation of Pakistan and Quaid-e-Azam was very grateful to the Christian community that due to their vote existence of Pakistan made possible” PCC Canadian Chapter Chairperson, Agnes Massey who was member Lahore High Court Bar Association invited Muslims leaders to read Indo-Pak history ,the Division of India to know the reality, She demanded end to persecution of minorities in Pakistan and called to remove anti religious banners of extreme hatred from roads to stop spreading hatred against them from mosques. She said that remember according to Islam "To kill one person is to kill the whole humanity” so, let Pakistan remain beautiful and worth living peaceful
