Presently, he is serving as the President of the West Coast University, Incorporated and based in Panama City â€" Central America, Global University for higher studies through Distance Education and also as President of West Coast Institute of Management & Technology â€" Australia, Accredited by the International Council for Open & Distance Education. This Council (International Council for Open & Distance Education) is officially recognized by UNESCO & UNO.
