J Salik demands Judicial Commission on illegal handover of SWM Lahore to Turkey
Islamabad: November 18, 2011. (PCP) Mr. J Salik former Federal Minister and Convener of World Minority Alliance said that it is shameful act for a an atomic power state to hand over cleaning Lahore responsibility is given to Turkish government by PML(N) Nawaz rulers of Punjab.
J Salik said that handing over of SWM to Turk company is illegal and Judicial Commission may be constituted to probe it.
The privatization of SWM is not done as per rules and 10,000 laborers are victimized which need immediate attention of Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
J Salik have already challenged handing over of SWM to Turkey have challenged in Lahore High Court.
