PCC protest visit of Sri Lankan President who is killer of Tamil Minority

Karachi: February 9, 2012. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC said that religious and ethnic minorities of Pakistan condemn visit of Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksha to Pakistan because he have committed heinous crime of genocide against Tamil minority of Sri-Lanka and killed thousands of innocent civilians in ruthless military operation. President Mahinda Rajapaksha of Sri Lanka very proudly highlighted his election campaign for President of Sri Lanka on killing of Tamil Ethnic guerilla outfit accepting genocide of one community and deserves arrest and trial in ICC not guard of honor in Pakistan. There are thousands of Tamil civilians under custody of Sri Lankan forces living in camps without right of freedom to move in their own land and facing torture. Nazir Bhatti said “The religious and ethnic communities in Pakistan fear that military and secret agencies officials in delegation of President Mahinda Rajapaksha will sign such agreements with ISI, IB and MI of Pakistan to conspire killing of Baloch and Christians in Pakistan as Sri Lanka operated against Tamils” Nazir Bhatti alleged that Pakistan facilitated Sri Lanka with arms and funds to kill Tamil civilians during conflict of rights among Tamil minority and Singhli majority in Sri Lanka and now it is payback through visit and support of Sri Lanka to crush Baloch civilians in Balochistan conflict. “If Pakistan supports Sri Lanka in coming session of UNHRC in Geneva to safe President Mahinda Rajapaksha from charges of genocide and crime against humanity on killing of thousands of Tamil civilians then Pakistan must get ready for same charges in ICC on killing of Baloch in Balochistan and burning alive of Christians on blasphemy accusations” said Nazir Bhatti The Central Council Secretariat of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC here today in Karachi expressed grave concerns and condemn visit of Sri Lankan president to Pakistan and urged not to give guard of honor to President Mahinda Rajapaksha. The Central Secretariat of PCC issuing statement of PCC President Nazir S Bhatti said that Pakistan Christian Congress PCC is against human rights violations and will keeping raising voice against killers like President of Sri Lanka or any other who violates basic rights.
