Justice (Retired) Khalilur Rehman Ramday meets J Salik

Islamabad: April 16, 2012. (PCP) Former Supreme Court Judge Justice (Retired) Khalilur Rehman Ramday has said he would seriously consider the offer to become patron of the World minorities Alliance. The offer was made when Justice (Retired) Ramday called on Convener World Minorities Alliance J Salik at his residence ‘Peace House’ here on Monday. During his brief visit to Peace House, Justice (Retired) Ramday paid rich tributes to J Salk’s relentless struggle for protection and achievement of rights for world minorities. He said J Salk’s vision for establishment of World Minorities Parliament, World Minorities Uplift Bank and creation of a permanent seat for minorities in the United Nations was commendable. He said a creative person like J Salik was quite capable of making his dreams come true. When J Salik offered Justice (Retired) Ramday to become Patron of World Minorities Alliance, the latter said he would seriously consider accepting the offer. J Salik presented Justice (retied) Ramday a copy of compiled columns written by renowned columnists of Pakistan on his (Salk’s) struggle for the rights of world minorities. Justice (Retired) Ramday said he had been J Salk’s old admirer and his visit to Peace House had enhanced the image J Salik holds not only in Pakistan but all over the world. He said under J Salk’s inspiring leadership, World Minorities Alliance would achieve all goals set forth by him. Justice (Retired) Ramday said he would hold more detailed meetings with J Salik in the near future.
