Islamabad: April 23, 2012. (PCP) Convener World Minorities Alliance J Salik and Advocate Shah Jahan Khan Durrani have filed a writ petition in the Islamabad High under Article 1999 of the Constitution of Pakistan against owners of Bhoja Airlines to clear their position regarding tragic crash of Airlines’ Boeing 737 on April 20 Islamabad. That claimed 127 valuable lives. The petitioners making Farooq Bhoja, Arshad Jalil and others and also Director General Civil Aviation Authority through CAA office at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed International Airport Islamabad
The petitioners have respectfully pleaded that being citizens of Pakistan they had submitted the petition before the Honorable Court regarding Bhoja Airlines crash in Islamabad on April 20 in order to ascertain as to who was responsible for the crash. The petitioners prayed that under the above mentioned circumstances the owners of Bhoja Airlines must own or fix the responsibility for the crash.
Petitioners claimed that theirs was the first petition move in any court against the tragic Bhoja Airlines fatal crash.
