Pakistani Christian leader condemns attack on Marvi Sarmad

Karachi: November 5, 2010.(PCP) Saleem Khurshid Khokhar, Member Provincial Assembly Sindh, Chairman Standing Committee on Minorities Affairs Sindh and President, All Pakistan Minorities Alliance (APMA) Sindh Chapter on condemned the attack on Marvi Sarmad, columnist and human rights campaigner at Islamabad He said Marvi Rashdi has highlighted the case of forced conversions as Rinkle Kumari. He said he received threats on his mobile phone for supporting Rinkle Kumari. He further said that his friend Malik Atta Former MPA Sindh was killed by the extremists because he voiced for forced conversion and human rights. He urged the government immediately bring the culprits to book and mete out exemplary punishment to them.
