Narowal: January 29, 2013; (PCP) Mr. Babar Masih is a Junior Clerk cum Computer Operator in TMA Narowal. He secures this job as it was advertise by recruitment committee with due process and documentation. It is only Basic Scale 5 pay job which not pays so high but was enough that Babar Masih may live with his family in far flung district of Punjab province of Pakistan like Narowal. Babar Masih served on his capacity of junior clerk for few years when Muslim administration of TMA Narowal wanted any Muslim on this job which ensure pension and other benefits. The Muslim administration took shoulders of Audit Committee and declared job of Babar Masih not a regular job and stopped his benefits declaring him as daily wages employee. Babar Masih, wrote on my Facebook page under one note the following appeal to Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan as his savior; I read it and was silent for days, thinking “Who will read appeal or petition of Babar Masih and act to ensure justice for him? When high officials to whom he writes appeals will come to his rescue because he is Christian in Pakistan where Muslim has perception that in Land of Pure only Muslim can enjoy benefits of state” After, few days thoughts, I, Nazir S Bhatti President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC and Editor of Pakistan Christian Post PCC decided to write for Babar Masih; I thought, may be Babar Masih have posted his appeal that I will raise voice for him, so, I am doing with these lines. I am not confident that Chief Justice of Pakistan Supreme Court will take any notice of his petition because CJ is very busy person and never takes any notice of injustice towards religious minorities in Pakistan but never hesitates to handover Hindu girls to Muslims and orders to opens blasphemy cases in Pakistan. Humble petitioner humbly prayed as under:- That TMA, Narowal call for the applications for the post of Junior Clerk cum Computer Operator. No application was filed except the applicant / humble petitioner the applicant/ humble petitioner was appointed as junior Clerk cum Computer Operator in BS-5 by the recruitment committee. Humble petitioner received his pay for three years. An illegal audit note was raised by the so called audit authority, which is null & wide in the eyes of law. In the light of this illegal audit note the authority stopped the humble petitioner’s pay and treat the service of humble petitioner as daily wages, which is illegal, without lawful authority, capricious, void abnitio. That the humble petitioner made representations to the higher authorities but all became vices in desert. Humble petitioner is facing serious financial problems. Due to the financial crises the family of the humble petitioner as well as innocent children were being punished for the uncommitted sins of the humble petitioner. In the light of above humble submission it is most respectfully prayed that the services of the humble petitioner may very kindly be ordered to regularized as Junior Clerk cum Computer Operator in TMA, Narowal.
