Christian leader from Pakistani origin demands apology from Western Union

Philadelphia: February 3, 2013. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC and Editor of Pakistan Christian Post PCP has demanded a written apology from Western Union, a company based in USA which transfer money worldwide, on denying his transfer to Pakistan. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti said that Western Union failed to provide any valid reason to deny his transfer to Pakistan in favor of Pakistani Bishop Javed Akhter who recently joined Pakistan Christian Congress which was duly covered in Pakistani media. Dr. Bhatti said that it was shocking for me to know that WU can act in such inhumane way and mentally torture innocent customers and law abiding citizens around globe. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti said that 40 years of my life have been in service of my oppressed and persecuted Christian nation in Pakistan which is worth than trillions of dollars and more than value of money transfer company like Western Union. Nazir S Bhatti said “I ask Western Union to provide me valid reasons on denial of my transfer to Pakistan within three weeks and render me an open written apology” Dr. Bhatti said that he will write Attorney General of USA to provide record of all such transactions of Western Union which are documented in terrorism cases in USA after 9/11 incident and negligence of WU to prevent money transfers outfit organizations. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti also said that he will inform Homeland Security about wrongful actions of Western Union and their denial of my transfer. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti said that if Western Union failed to render an apology within 3 weeks, he will publish a comprehensive report about actions of Western Union money transfer and call on Western Union customers to stop doing business with it.
