Julius Salik’s Bare-Footed Demonstration to Stop Drone Attacks
Islamabad: October 21, 2013. (PCP) On the occasion of Nawaz Sharif’s meeting with USA President Barak Hussain Obama, The Convenor World Minorities Alliance, Former Federal Minister, and Nominee for Nobel Peace Prize Mr. Julius Salik alone Bare-Footed marched constantly from National Press Club to D Chawk, in front of Parliament House, for “THREE HOURS” against Drone Attacks. He was dressed in BLACK Suit. He invited the attention of Secretary General United Nations, Papa-e-Azam and Bishop of Canterbury to use their good offices to stop Drone Attacks. His slogan was “STOP DRONE ATTACKS” Behind him followed an Ambulance with shout of siren to warn against future dangers.
Its purpose was making realization to Obama to immediately stop Drone Attacks which are killing innocent people.
