Karachi: March 2, 2014. (PCP) Dr. Nazir s Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC have said in a statement issued here today from Central Secretariat of PCC that strong reaction in terms of human right by EU and USA is very alarming and to condition aid in field of heath to Uganda on legislation to prevent homosexuality known as LGB laws when silence to kill religious minorities under Blasphemy laws in Islamic countries expresses double standard in self-styled human charter. Dr. Nazir Bhatti said that homosexuality is practice which is Sin according to biblical teachings and to cover it under umbrella of liberty and human right is negation to true charter of Human rights which is laid in Holy Bible. The Government of Uganda, an African state legislated tough punishments for Gay-Lesbian-By sexual on which uproar arise in EU and America while World Bank threatened to stop loan transfer to Uganda on said legislation. Dr. Nazir Bhatti said “The Pakistan and other Islamic states have legislated blasphemy laws to kill Christians, Ahmadiyyia and other communities but such reaction was never expressed by EU, US and other financial institutions as surfaced in LGB legislation in Uganda which is very surprising” There are hundreds killed under blasphemy law in Pakistan but Western states which express to be champion of human rights have never conditioned aid to blasphemy laws. Nazir Bhatti added “LGB legislation of Uganda is true face of human rights and to model society in a decent way as direct by doctrines of almighty lord and sanction due to it are unfair” LGB community is subject to verdict of Lord and we must let it to face Lords punishment but governments are not supposed to cover it under human right but blasphemy laws are violation of human rights and religious liberty which require reaction by civilized society. PCC Chief demanded condition aid to Islamic states on blasphemy laws to EU and USA instead on LGB legislation of Uganda.
