Holy Childhood Day Celebration
Lahore: March 13, 2014. (By Pervez Yousaf and A. Peter) 23rd February 2014: The Holy Childhood Day was celebrated in St. Joseph’s Church Lahore Cantt. In this regard a special Holy Eucharist was celebrated by parish priest Fr. Francis Nadeem OFM Cap. A large number of children and parishioners were present on this occasion.
During this mass the member children of Holy Childhood Association performed different liturgical rites including Bible readings, recitation of intercessions, collection and presentation of offertories.
Talking to children Fr. Francis Nadeem asked them to become the ambassador of Christ and channel of peace and in a very special way help the needy.
At the end of the Mass the children of the Holy Childhood Society of the parish collected funds for the Pontifical Association of the Holy Childhood.
