The hearing started at 1.45 PM and lasted for only 10 minutes as the complainant’s lawyer could not attend the hearing for some reason. The lawyers and Mr. Joseph Francis are all satisfied and hope that on the next hearing on 14th April, the case will be decided. The next date of hearing has been fixed for 14 April, 2014. The case was listed at the end of the list (last case) and we were thinking that the case would be adjourned without hearing but the Honorable Division Bench heard the case with full determination and responsibility.
