(PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC and Editor of Pakistan Christian Post PCP in a plea to International Criminal Court ICC in Netherlands urges to arrest Mian Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Shabaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab, Imran Khan, Chief of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf, Professor Mohammad Ibrahim, Moulana Fazal Ullaha, Chief of Tehreek Talban Pakistan TTP and members of Talban and Government of Pakistan Dialogue Committees with TTP to arrest and bring before ICC to ensure justice, In a response of ICC, Nazir Bhatti wrote to International Criminal Court ICC that Pakistan is under jurisdiction of ICC under article of 12 and 13 of Statue of ICC because in 1998, Pakistan voted for formation of International Committee; here is copy of letter in response to ICC by Dr. Nazir S Bhatti; The Prosecutor, International Criminal Court ICC Netherlands. Sir/Madam Reference: My investigation request on “War Crimes in Pakistan” dated March 26, 2014. My request to investigate Crime Against Humanity and Genocide fall under Articles 6-8 and 11 of ICC, while as for as Articles 12 and 13 are concerned, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan voted in favor of ICC formation in 1998, which indicates its acceptance and fulfil issue of jurisdiction. It is matter of such an importance for World peace that ICC prosecutors may investigate war crimes in Pakistan; 1; The higher Courts in Pakistan are not independent but political motivated and failed to prosecute hundreds of criminals of outfit Tehreek Talban Pakistan TTP and Tehreek Talban Punjab TTP. 2; The accused Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Nawaz Sharif instead to curbing Children Suicide Bombers hideouts and Islamic Seminaries in his province provided them safe haven which killed thousands of innocent Christian, Ahmadiyyia, Shia and Sunni. 3; Mian Nawaz Sharif, presently Premier of Pakistan and elder brother of Mian Shabaz Sharif who is governing Punjab province of Pakistan from years turned his eyes from recruiting places of Child Suicide bombers for vested interests. 4; The Commanders of Tehreek Talban Pakistan TTP who killed more than 50,000 innocent citizens of Pakistan with support of administrative machinery of Punjab government in other three provinces with bombing and Children suicide bombers will walk free on streets without any trial. There, I will request your honor, to kindly investigate War Crimes in Pakistan and order appropriate authorities to arrest War Criminals and prosecute all culprits mentioned in my plight of March 26, 2014, to make world more peaceful for human being because if all these criminals will walk free with ensuring justice which is not expected by Pakistani Higher Court which are not independent then Child Suicide bombers will be exported by these criminals to disturb global peaceful environment. B) The TTP terrorists were provide safe haven in Punjab province of Pakistan which was governed by accused number 3, as Chief Minister of Punjab. C) To target other parties and bomb their offices and to give free hand to hold rallies of election May 11, 2013, to accused 2, 3 and 5 indicate an un-announced agreement among accused and TTP terrorists. D) It is doubt that accused 2 to 5 had post elections agreement to safe TTP war criminals under umbrella of dialogue which they are conducting now to safe killers of more than 50,000 innocent Pakistani Citizens. It is requested that investigation may be conducted against accused number 1 (ONE) who killed more than 50, 000 innocent Pakistani Citizens with using bombs and children suicide bombers which are war crimes and crimes against humanity. When government of Pakistan enters in ceasefire with TTP terrorists, it clarifies that it was a war rather than acts of terror which killed more than 50,000 Pakistani innocent children, women and men. The higher courts in Pakistan are not independent because these courts never took notice of killing more than 50, 000 innocent Pakistani Citizens and charged TTP warlords who openly accepted responsibility of killing in every incident through media of Pakistan. If, ICC is formed to ensure justice on globe to curb crimes against humanity and genocide then ICC must investigate situation of mass killing in Pakistan and order Armed Forces of Pakistan to arrest accused from number 1 to 8 to bring before ICC.
