Bangkok: May 20, 2014. (PCP) After the six months of Anti Government protests and violent unrest. The Thai military has declared a State of Emergency and imposed Martial law to restore peace and stability.
Currently the situation is peaceful but it can be worst. As most of the Pakistani Christian Refugees are without visa and after the Martial Law in Thailand, and shut down of the UNHCR for security reasons Pakistani Christian refugees can be wedged in grave situation.
We therefore advise you to stay indoors do not leave your home unnecessarily. Avoid any public gathering or travelling in groups, your safety is in your own hands. Please stay safe.
