Lahore: November 29, 2014. (PCP) The bail hearing was postponed yesterday by District and Session Judge Kasur in case of Christian couple who was burnt alive by Muslim mob on accusation of blasphemy in Kot Radha Kishan. More than thousand Muslim gathered on November 4, 2014, in a brick kiln factory where Christian couple worked as bonded laborers and threw them in furnace on allegation of burning pages of Quran by the owner of brick kiln factory. The area police rounded dozens of Muslims but filed charges against 4 Muslims culprits of killing of Shahzad Masih and Shama Bibi. Police failed to produce charge sheet against killers in court on which bail hearing was postponed by Jude for December 5, 2014. According to sources of Pakistan Christian Post, the Muslim Member of Punjab Assembly who is of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Group PML (N), the ruling party of Punjab with association some Christian elements will get his killer voters out of jail in next bail hearing. It is surprising that Punjab Police is complainant in burning alive Christian couple while parents and relatives of victim’s plea to file First Information Report FIR with police is denied. Meanwhile, The Voice Society is pursuing the case of Double Murder of Burnt Alive Christian Couple in Kot Radha Kishan. The Voice Lawyers previously filed an application/Writ to become the complainant of the case along with the state which was dismissed by the Additional and District Sessions Judge on the grounds that the case will be affected with the new addition of the complainant as the State is acting biased and is not allowing the family/father of Shama (Deceased) to become the complainant. Now today on 28th Nov 2014, four of the accused persons of the FIR had filed the bails in this case where The Voice Lawyers have presented their power of Attorney as a penal on the behalf of Shama’s father Mukhtar Masih. The penal included Adv. Aneeqa Maria, Adv. Tahir Gul Sadiq and Adv. Riaz Anjum. Besides The Voice team included Mr. Shahid Anthony, Mr. Napolean Qayyum and Mr. Imran Barkat also accompanied the lawyers in the Anti-terrorist Court for the hearing.
