She is under threat because she is famous as a mobilizer in the community of 1500 Hindus in the area.. I am just forwarding her voice so that she gets relief on time.. If anything is possible do let me know.. Story of Maria Kumari from Parachinar My name is Maria kumara. We are living in Parachinar Kurram agency from fore-fathers and were living normal and peaceful life here. Minorities were never harmed in war among different tribal. We were living in FC colony and were treated as normal and there were no difficulties for us till Brigadier Tauseef. Since 2012 we are facing a lot of difficulties. The main reason behind is that we are the only Hindu family among 40 Christian families in FC Christian community. We were living with peace and love with Christians and were contributing in church Fund and Funeral Fund (Murda Fund) on community basis. We used to go to the church and on our festival Christian used to come to our home for celebrations. That time all Christians were belonging to Catholic Church and their priest was Late Shareef Bhati and he was collecting every fund from us which I mentioned above. But when they left Catholic Church and converted into Assembly of God Church, Amenual Maseeh became their priest and he demanded that if we want to be part of this community we have to change our religion from Hindu into Christian of Assembly of God. Amenual Maseeh and his sister Losia Shareef invited me for a prayer at their home and they demanded me to leave the worship of idol (botparsti) and come to way of iman. He claimed that God speak to him and give message to him about people. And God has sent a message for me that I should go to non-Christians homes and preach the Christianity to them. If I refused to do so I will face a hardship (azab). I refused to change religion and follow his order to preach. Amenual and his sister Losia Shareef along with their some relatives Shehzad Maseeh, Khalid Maseeh, Irshad Maseeh and Shaista and Shahnawaz and her Wife Khalida and Kouser started teasing us in different ways and made our life miserable. These all work as sweeper in Kurram FC and Shezad Maseeh is sweeper commander. They started misguiding the officers in the houses of which these people were performing duties. Officer hasn’t time to find the facts but they started disgracing, disturbing and bothering us in different ways. My mother Shaheen bibi is working in Kurram Malitia headquarter wing. These people always creating problems for her and inspite of performing her duty regularly warning letter were issued to her severally. Few months ago, It was scheduled that two women will perform three days duty and the fourth day they will be on leave but one months ago Shehzad Maseed reported to D.Q Sarmad and he issued a warning to my mother Shaheen Bibi. As another woman Sajida Mushtaq who was performing duty along with my mother was also not on duty. My mother asks her that had she received warning too. She said no she hasn't received any warning. We went to Shehzad Maseeh to enquire the reason. He said that the other woman was not issued warning because she is Muslim and you people are Hindu. (The copy of warning letter may be present if you want). What type of justice is this that Muslim and Christian receive justice and is favored but Hindu is treated unjustly. The wife of the present commandant colonel Maqbool humiliated us in a community function and alleged us that we one house is making trouble and hurdle for the 40 houses in their prayers. While it is very illogical that how one house can be powerful one 40 houses. Mrs. Colonel Maqbool was mis-convinced by Shehzad Maseeh, Irshad Maseeh, Khalid Maseeh and Amenual and his sister Losia Shareef. We requested to Mrs. Colonel to enquire the facts from all the communities other then these seven people but she said that she will not ask anyone else but only Shehzad Maseeh is reliable for her. Mrs colonel termed us Buthparast (idol worshiper) and told them that don't allow a Hindu family in church. Mrs. Commandant has given mobile to Shaista Bibi who is working at his home, so thats he can inform her immediately about anyone Shaista has problem with. We are threatened through Shaista and Losia Shareef. We were threatened by these people to be expelled out from our house and service and they fulfilled their threat by help of Mrs. Colonel. Some month ago govt decided to break large and old houses and rebuild them new and small houses. And they took start from our house. We have self-constructed house which we made with permission of then officer by expanding about 15 lacs. We were promised that as new houses will be constructed we will be allotted a new house. But after construction completed the Christian whom houses were broken were allotted new houses and Amenual Maseeh whose house was not broken was also allotted a house of his choice. But we were not given any house till now. When we asked D.Q Sarmad about this injustice he said that when alternate house was given to you when your house was broken why u didn't live their. The alternate house which was given to us in the time when our house was broken was in very pathetic condition, there was no washroom, no water with broken roof which was not able to live in. D.Q has promised to make washroom and reconstruct roof but he left on leave that time. My brother romeel severally visited subedar Noor Hadi and request to build a washroom as we are living with our young sisters in a relative house but till now there is now washroom constructed in that alternate house and that house was used as chicken form for colonel. The picture and video of the alternate house is available with me.We were compel to live outside in a house for rent of Eight thousand for last eight months in a hope that we will be given a new house after construction. But all the Christian whom houses were broken are allotted new houses and Amenual and his sister Losia Shareef are given a new house in spite their house was not broken but we are deprived from house. Ashir Maseeh , brother of Amenual Maseehhas never performed his duty for a single day from the very first day of his job. He is running his shop of motorcycle mechanic in civil but get his salary, rashun and other privileges regularly from Kurram Malitia and also live in govt quarter in FC. The Civil people of the area are all witness of this fact. My mother Shaheen Bibi is serving at FC for fourteen years and Amenual is in service just for one month. Whenever we send my old father who has also served 25 years and is retired from FC. He is not even heard and is not even allowed in DQ office while D.Q Sarmad listen to Amenual and Losia Shareef and is given special attention. There is long list of these injustice and discrimination which i am not mentioning here. In 2012 Amenual Maseeh has called me from his house landline phone and threatened me that he will kill me. Shehzad Rafeeq and Baber Nazir are witness of this incident. We immediately informed the then sweeper commander Puno Maseeh and J.Q Nisar Sahb but no one took any action. These people along with FC officers are making us in trouble and we have now threats of life and also our religion is disgraced. Therefore, my mother is going to resign from the service. We cannot change our religion. It is requested to help us. A lot of Hindu family of FATA has migrated because government is not cooperating them and we were a govt employees and now we are compelled by govt to migrate from our for-father land. Note: Amenual Maseeh his sister Losia Shareef, Shehzad Maseeh, Irshad Maseeh and Kouser Irshad, Khalid Maseeh and Shaista Khalid and Shehnawaz Maseeh will be responsible for any type of loss our family received because those who can deprive us from home can murder us too on raising voice for our rights.
