20th death anniversary of GM Syed observed

LARKANA/HYDERABAD: April 24, 2015. (Nazir Siyal) The 20th death anniversary of GM Syed, the founder of Sindhi nationalist movement is being observed on Saturday at Sunn. Separate programs have been arranged by various factions of Jeay Sindh and other nationalist groups at various places to pay homage to Syed on his principled and ideology based politics who passed many years of his life in prison. Political ceremony will be held by the side of the tombs of martyrs at Sunn. Sufi musical festival is also being arranged at Sann-the native town of G.M. Syed. The different fractions of Jeay Sindh among JSQP, JSMM and others are going to demonstrate a political ceremony on 20th death anniversary of great Sindhi Scholar and pioneer of Sindhudesh, Sain Ghulam Muhiyuddin Syed on April 25th. In a press statement by the JSQP Chairman Qamar Bhatti along with workers, Jeay Sindh Muttahuda Mahaz’s convoy reached the city of Sann from Indus Highway by a rally, demanding the moral and political international support to Sindhis. Vice Chairman JSMM Lala Aslam Pathan, Dr. Zain Bhutto, Sajjad Shar, Shabir Mallah and Imran Leghari will lead the rally. Leaders will place the wreaths of flowers on the tombs of Sain G.M Syed and martyrs of Sindh to pay them tribute.
