MDA sold hundred and thousand acres land to Bahria Town to establish modern city, further invite outsiders, as before Z. The old Malir residents and villagers in various areas of Deh have told that it is the same practice about 40 years back in Malir, people asked by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto government to vacate their villages, they were permanent tenants since forefathers with their properties houses, mosques, graveyards and others but removed on fake promises to offer you all employments, houses and other basic facilities. Five thousand acre land during Z.A Bhutto government in Bin Qasim and several other areas and Deh vacated from thousands of villages to establish Pakistan Steel Mills and Port Qasim Industrial area later, they were assured to proper employments to their generations, housing, health, education and other basic infrastructure will be given to the locals but lapse of 40 years, there are hundreds of Industries established and the local people have no employment opportunities and other fundamental rights. Since the decades the petition related to the rights and properties of locals against Pakistan Steel Mill (PSM) and Port Qasim yet have been decided in Supreme Court 2011, but delayed by PSM and others reluctant to resolve it. As for locals and JSQP Chairman Qamar Bhatti Advocate and his team have now decided once again to knock the door of justice in Sindh High Court against Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz, MDA and Sindh government he told.
