Islamabad: June 11, 2015. (PCP) To express the solidarity with Burmi Muslims, Pakistan Muslim League has announced to host the Secretariat of Global Rohingya Center (GRC) at Muslim League House Islamabad, which is the first office formed in the Muslim World. This was announced by Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, while addressing a press conference along with Chaudhry Shujat Hussain at his residence. On the occasion, Rohingya Muslim leader and President of GRC Shiekh Abdullah Maroof along with his team was also present. Terming the initiative to represent Pakistan's leadership role in the Muslim world, Senator Mushahid said that Pakistan always stand with the oppressed Muslims across the globe and fight their case on international level. He also announced to organize a media tour for fact-finding reporting about the Rohingya Tragedy. Chaudhry Shujat Hussain, while exchanging his views, expressed his full support to the Burmi Muslims. Shiekh Abdullah Maroof paid rich tribute to the PML leadership for hosting the Pakistan Secretariat and thanked to Pakistani people for their unconditional support.
