Faisalabad: July 10, 2015. (PCP) Tension rose up in Jilani Park, Milliat Road, Faisalabad vicinity when group of 20 Muslim boys started beating men, women and children of a Christian family after attacking their home on a petty dispute with Christian boy of this family on July 7, 2015. Pastor Ameen of Pakistan Gospel Mission in Jalani Park told Bureau Chief of Pakistan Christian Post that Muslim residents and humanity lovers did not liked Muslim boy’s attack of brutality for beating Christian boy and his family’s girls and women. Most of them wanted to reconcile and even they are trying to reconcile through political parties up to this time. Pastor Ameen told that they have also received reports “Attackers want to attack again on them, they are trying to make it religious issue” Pastor Ameen said that they are praying for peace and reconciliation because some evil elements who wanted to spread disunity and disharmony among Christian and Muslim in area are trying to make personal dispute as religious color of dispute. Pastor Ameen said that we are afraid of evil elements of attackers groups who did attack on Christian boy, they may target the whole Christian community and church also. Pastor Ameen told that they are worried about terror according to last incidence and cases of Christian and Muslim that had been occurred in Pakistan. Personal dispute had been changed into religious dispute where they did burn Christian community houses and churches also for example Lahore and Peshawar, Gojra, so many more etc. Pastor Ameen said that Muslim and Christian are living peacefully there but some elements want to create disharmony and disunity among both parties and whole area of Jalani Park. Pastor Ameen said that Muslim humanity lover and Akklisa want peace. Pastor Ameen said that they need security for Church for “Sunday Services”. We hope that Government of Pakistan will operate with us to solve this matter peacefully. Please pray for Pastor Ameen’s church and disputed Christian and Muslim boys.
