HYDERABAD: January 30, 2016. (By Abbas Kassar) Peace Council Pakistan took out a big rally from Shahbaz Chowk to press club where the leaders addressed gathering. Rally was largely attended by people belonging to various faiths and was led and addressed by chairman of PCP Dr. Lekhraj Lelwani,vice chairman former MPA Micheal Javed, Minority Sindh president Dr. Amrashi Thakur, Mir Muhammad Mengal, Rana Rashid, Dr. Chetan Kumar, Father Nazir Masih, Khalid Gill,Nawab Khan Soomro and Dr. Hassan Leghari. They said whole nation was with Army Chief and Ranger in operation against terrorists as it was due to their efforts that peace was returning to Pakistan especially to Sindh. He said people attending this rally were proof that they want peace and support security forces. They said they demand that operation should continue till last terrorist is eliminated. They demanded protection to minorities in Pakistan. They also demanded passage of Hindu Marriage Bill pending in assembly. Later the leaders of peace rally addressed press conference.
