Lahore: October 12, 2016. (By Mushtaq Gill Advocate) On 11 October, 2016, Pakistan Sunni Tehrik, an extremist group of Muslims majority of Pakistan which declared Mumtaz Hussain Qadri as an Islamic hero,issued an Alamia as a warning for Government of Pakistan regarding the implementation the judgement of Additional and Sessions Judge, Nankana in which Asia Bibi was given death sentence under section 295 C PPC. The Shari'ah and Law punishment of Asia Bibi be implemented 150 Mufti and Ulema of Pakistan Sunni Tehrik issued an Islamic Shari Alamiah (It shows theirs goals which they must achieve to become the best followers of Islam) -According to Islamic Law, the punishment of blasphemer is only death -To provide any kind of relief and assistance to blasphemer is against Islamic Law, Sunni Tehrik Ulema Board -If Asia Bibi will be relocated to any foreign country, Sunni Tehrik comes on roads for long march, Sunni Tehrik Ulema Board: Alamiah Top 150 Muslim Mufti and Ulema related to Pakistan Sunni Tehrik demanded blasphemy death convicted Asia bibi should be hanged according to law of land and Shariah Law. The concentrative Alamiah issued at Centre of Pakistan Sunni Tehrik, the Mufti and Ulema said that Asia Madih resident of Itanwali, Nankana had apparently committed blasphemy against Prophet Muhammad and she sentenced according to Quran and Sunnah. She also confessed before S.P Shiekhupura, Muhammad Amin and other respectable of the locality her offence of blasphemy of Prophet Muhammad and on 19 June 2009, the case of blasphemy had been registered against her. She was given death sentence under section 295 C PPC on 11 November 2010 by Mr. Muhammad Navid, Additional and Sessions Judge, Nankana after about one and half years of trial proceedings. Her death sentence has not been implemented despite of passing the period of about six years till to date, but the act of rebellion towards Law and Islamic Law has been committed by hanging to death a devoted lover of Prophet. There is only death penalty for blasphemer according to Quran and Sunnah. It is against the Islamic Shariah Law to provide any kind of relief to blasphemer. The constitution of Pakistan is not under the control of English men rather it is bound to Quran and Sunnah. Therefore Government should immediately implement on the punishments given to blasphemers and fulfill obligations of constitution and Shari'ah so that their punishments should be a lesson for all blasphemers. The Mufti and Ulema warned Government and Judiciary to give their decisions according to Quran and Sunnah, and then Pakistan and its people can get rid of all problems. The conspiracies to prove innocent to blasphemers should be stopped. If the conspiracies should be made to relocate any blasphemer including Asia Bibi from Pakistan to any other country, then Millions devotee of Prophet Muhammad stage and March on roads against Government. The authority has approved by hanging Mumtaz Hussain Qadri that they want to declare Pakistan as a secular state. The country is in a fix situation and we do not want to create any problem for it. we are with Pakistan Army in the war against the Indian terrorism and atrocity, but for the protection of honor of Prophet Muhammad (Tehafz-e-Namose-e-Radalat) any sacrificial action would not be reluctant to take. It is warning for Government to avoid to take any action against Islam and Shari'ah. The speedy trials of all blasphemers prisoners would be conducted and all death convicted blasphemers by courts be hanged to death. To fulfill the objectives of Constitution by implement Islamic Shari'ah ( Nazam-e-Mustafa ).
