Christian leaders condole death of legendary leader Palejo


Liverpool: June 8, 2018. (PCP) Saleem Khursheed Khokhar, Founder Minority Inqilabi Tehreek, Ex-MPA Sindh and former Chairman Standing Committee on Minorities Affairs Sindh expressed grief over the demise of renowned intellectual Rasool Bux Palejo. He said Sindh is deprived of a veteran politician, human rights lawyer, leader, intellectual and historian. He further added that Rasool Bux Palejo Late was very active in bringing women into the political circle. He prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul. Meanwhile, Founder President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC Dr. Nazir S Bhatti in a condolence message on death of Rasool Bux Palejo have said that one chapter of true service of poor Pakistan people have ended with Mr. Palejo who fought for basic democratic rights of people all his life. Rasool Bux Palejo was ill from weeks and in admitted in hospital in Karachi where he died at age of 87 and his dead body was buried in his native city Jung Shahi where people of all walks of life and politicians participated.
