Christian Human Right Activists campaign for release of arrested Christians in fabricated case

Hyderabad: June 12, 2018. (PCP) On report of a Muslim doctor Azar Sheikh file false report that in Latifabad B Section Police Station that some unknown youth have entered in his clinic on June 9, 2018, at 11:00 am and robbed 2 lacs of Rupees on which police arrested 5 Christian youth. Police picked up Edwin Javed, Shakil Masih, Victor Masih, Adnan Masih and Johnson Masih and tortured them to admit robbery but complainant doctor on identification parade said that none of arrested was involved in robbery on which police released two Christians but denied to free others. On 11th June 2018, Christian leaders moved an application to the office of SSP Hyderabad for Justice demanding release of three innocent Christian and demanded to SSP call to Doctor and investigate this matter. Christian leaders also protested in front of SSP office Hyderabad and Press Club Hyderabad. The relatives of three arrested Christians joined protest. Advocate Sooba Bhatti, Afzal Danial and Mother of Johnson S/o Sharif met to SSP Syed Pir Muhammad Shah and he ordered to Local police Station B. Section Latifabad Hyderabad to release three Christian.
