Prayer Service for the Martyrs and Wounded of Data Darbar Suicide Attack

Lahore: May 16, 2019. (PCP) National Commission for Interreligious Dialogue and Ecumenism (Pakistan Catholic Bishop’s Conference) organized a prayer service for the Martyrs and wounded of Suicide Data Darbar, Lahore where Christian and Muslim religious leaders came together. They offered their prayers for the departed souls and the quick recovery of all the wounded people.

All the Christian and Muslim religious leaders expressed their solidarity with the families of all the victims of this suicide attack. They condemned the attack strongly and gave the message of peace and harmony.

The participants of the Prayer Service included prominent religious leaders namely Rev. Fr. Francis Nadeem (General Secretary NCIDE), Imam of Badshahi Mosque Moulana Abdul khabeer Azad, Maulana Muhammad Asim Makhdoom, Rev. Shahed Mehraj, Maulana Mufti Ashiq Hussain, Rev. Emmanuel Khokhar, Allama Dr. Badar Munir, Qari Ahmed Shakeel Siddiqui, Asghar Sardar Khokhar, Rev. Saleem Khokhar, Maulana Arif Chisti, Rev. Robinson Aziz , Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Randhawa and Pir S.A Jafari
