Pakistan: A case of blasphemy was registered FIR no 1444/24 police station Sadar tehsil Gojra district  Toba tek singh ' punjab Pakistan against Christian female Shazia bibi 31 December 2024. Allegations were levelled that she burnt pages of islamic book.Javed sahotra and Shawaiz Javed Adventist Advocates moved her bail petition after arrest.on 16 January 2025 date was fixed for arguments on post arrest bail petition before learned Additional sessions judge Gojra .both learned counsel argued that case against petitioner is false 'due to enmity with witnesses of the fir ' case against petitioner does not fall in criteria of the offence .petitioner is female she can not be kept behind the bar .case is of further enquiries. The learned court appreciated the arguments of Adventist attorney and allowed bail petition for 50 thousand surety bonds.
