Dear Sir, I was dismayed to read and hear the views expressed by Rev. Nazir Ali in the British Media. Recently, the Reverend has promoted his views on Question Time, the House of Lords and the Daily Telegraph. The Reverend by objecting against the apostasy laws enshrined in the Afghanistan Constitution has shown either his ignorance of Islam or that he is totally unnamable to understand that these rules are part and parcel of Islam. The Reverend, who represents the Church in its dialogue with Islam, by showing his astonishment, is only projecting his ignorance of Sharia Laws. I am currently trying to complete a project a book that will submit a Quranic view of Christianity for the Muslim Ulema. I was not aware that the learned Reverend was on a par with his Muslim counter-parts in his ignorance of the other side’s religion
