Common sense and superstition

By : Anonymous

Dear Editor, Comments: Re Saleem from Saudi Arabia who claims to have seen a vision of Hazrat Isa. So what does that prove? That he is divine? Is a part of God? Died on the cross for the sins of humankind? No, it doesn't prove a single thing at all. How does Saleem know that the vision was of Hazrat Isa? As if you have ever met him!! We have millions of daily sightings around the world of Ghosts, vampires and U.F.O with the majority totally false. On many Muslim websites they too claim of miracles such as a tree prostrating towards Makkah or a tomatoe with "Allah" written on it but again such claims are false and baseless. However if Saleem wishes to convert to Christianity then according to Islam he should be free to do so even if your reasons are childish and based on superstition. Conversation to any faith does create family disputes as man is fearful of change but this has little to do with faith. My previous mail posted here seems to have touched a sore point as I've been receiving hate mail from Christian's attacking the prophet of Islam. The latest one was from a bloke calling himself Joseph Solomon to whom my reply my reply was returned as non-deliverable as such cowards then close the account. I wish Christians would show more guts.
