Mr. Bhatti said "MQM demands provincial autonomy in true spirit of Pakistan Resolution of 1940, but neglects rights of minorities stated in this resolution and written assurance of All India Muslim League to Christian leaders to allocate Separate Electorate" Nazir Bhatti added, " Christians expected more support from MQM leadership rather than other political groups because MQM is true inheritance of All India Muslim League leaders and speaks for rights of poor but MQM have not clarified to constitute Minority Commission head by Justice of Supreme Court as stated under Liaquat-Nehro Pact" Prime Minister of Pakistan, Khan Liaquat Ali Khan, a Mohajar leader in Pakistan and Pandit Nehro, Prime Minister of India, on rights of minorities, signed the Liaquat-Nehro Pact in 1950, to secure Muslim minority in India and Christian/Hindu minorities in Pakistan. The highlight of this pact was to constitute Minority Commissions headed by Justice of Supreme Court in respective states to solve minority issue on due presentations of their leaders. The Indian government constituted said commission and " Muslim Law Board" was formed to protect Muslims personnel laws and their reservations demands but Pakistani governments failed. Minister of Religious headed the Benazir government constituted Minority Commission and Christian presentations were never called to protect their personnel laws, reservations and election system. The Pakistan Peoples Party manifesto is total confusion on minority rights and demands while Muslim League Nawaz group is silent on Dual Voting right with Separate Electorate. The Claims of PML Nawaz group to accept minorities, as sacred trust is formula stunt used by every government and failure to satisfy Christians. Nazir Bhatti said, "Christians reject selection and distribution of Minority reserved seats in National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies by Muslims and demands Dual Voting with Separate Electorate" "Christian shall not vote for Muslims if they shall not vote for Christians in Joint Electorate" he added The Muslims in Pakistan have declared in every election that they cannot vote for infidel to pollute their sacred vote and Muslim political parties have not awarded ticket to any Christian on general seat. Nazir S Bhatti said, "Hindu feudal lords and businessmen are victimizing Dalit Hindus in Pakistan and supporting Muslim feudal lords and we demand to reserve seats in parliament for Dalit Hindus" "I urge Christians leaders who have filed nominations on tickets of Muslim political groups to withdraw their nominations until Christian demands are not accepted in Pakistan because our unity can compel Muslims leaders to seriously feel our presence" Bhatti said Nazir Bhatti said, "I am writing letters to Benazir Bhutto, Altaf Hussain, Nawaz Sharif and Chowdry Shujahat Hussain to clarify their stand on Dual Voting right with Separate Electorate, Representation proportional to population in Senate, National Assembly and Provinces and due share in resources of state"
