Pervaiz John, Yousaf Kamran and his son Shaleem Yousaf upon which Mr. Justice Abdul Sami Khan Learned Judge Lahore High Court Lahore disposed off the writ petition with the direction to file a petition under section 22-A & 22-B for the registration of FIR before the Sessions Judge Lahore with the power of Justice and Peace against the concerned SHO police station Nishatar Colony Lahore , DSP and SSP investigation. Under the order of Lahore High Court Lahore CLAAS lawyer will file a petition of Registration of FIR against police officials before the Sessions Judge Lahore.
