Its on record that Christian leaders in Pakistan have been approaching the relevant police stations to register cases under section 266/268 PPC against Muslim who kidnap, rape and force to marry Christian women to Muslims in Pakistan but such legal actions have been denied and FIR have been not registered. According to the sources, the Sharing Life Ministry Pakistan SLMP visited the family of Pastor Samuel Masih in Kasur and revealed after meeting investigation officer Muhammad Ali (Assistant Sub. Inspector, Police Station Sadar Kasur) of the case who stated “ he was under the pressure of higher authorities so he implicated Miss Anjum Ferzand, Pastor Samuel Masih, Inayat Bibi and Saleem Zafar in the case”. Pastor Samuel Masih served with “New Apostolic Church Pakistan” when Miss Ajum Bibi his sister and father Ferzand Masih were running a Private Registered Middle School, which was under the management of the Church. The school is situated in a Muslim locality. The daughter (Shazia) of a Muslim preacher (Muhammad Aslam) of local mosque was student in this school. Miss Shazia and Saleem Zafer (Brother of Pastor Samuel) were having discussions on Holy Bible and Muslim girl wished to become Christian and marry him. On fear of converting and marrying a Christian man in same vicinity Shazia forced Saleem to run away from their houses. Shazia’s Father on information approached District Nazam, Vice District Nazam, Local Political Leaders and some other well-known landlords and filed report against Pastor Samuel Masih’s family. They developed the pressure on police on a false story against Pastor Samuel Masih, his sister Miss Anjum Ferzand, his mother Inayat Bibi and his brother Saleem Zafar resulting in arrests under Islamic laws.. The SLMP team visited some local people Muhammad Zubair and Payara Masih they stated “Ferzand Masih’s family was maltreated harshly”. Moreover they stated that witnesses are absolutely false. On one question Muhammad Zubair told SLMP “we can’t state this before court because our houses will be brunt down”. Payara Masih said “they are poor people and cannot involve themselves in the police case where influential Muslims are on background”. The SLMP team also visited all the accused with Farzand Masih (father of Pastor Samuel Masih). Their case is under trial and they all are frightened to be punished (death sentenced or life sentenced). Pastor Samuel Masih conducts prayer meeting daily with all Christian prisoners.
