Mr. Bhatti said "killing of Nawab Bughti can be avoided if government have adopted way to dialogue than use of force but present regime launched operation in Balochistan against recognized democratic leaders" Mr. Nazir Bhatti added that Government of Pakistan failed in Waziristan to act against Taliban and Al-Quida and relied on Jirga but used force against his citizens who have differences with government policies in Balochistan.
