Sub:- (i)- Sunday Wagah border blast has awakened Pak to reality (ii)- Pak leading media’s apprehension about takeover of AF-PAK by ISIS, should be taken seriously (iii)- After US withdrawal from Afghanistan ISIS activities bound to increase in AF - PAK (iv)- ISIS may try to grab Afghanistan, half of Pakistan and POK in first stage (v)- In second stage it may take over Sindh & Punjab (vi)- USA should persuade & prepare India for consensual merger of AF-PAK before ISIS grabs it (v)- For this USA will have to ensure that India remains genuinely secular (vi)- USA should persuade India also to pressurize China for resolution of border dispute through UN judicial commission
People were aware of ISIS potential threat of ISIS to AF-PAK region, but so far were not expressing it in an alarming way. But In view of Sunday Wagah border bomb blast (at the doorstep of India) in which over hundred have been killed and over 300 are seriously injured, the leading news paper of Pakistan has warned about the looming threat over AF-PAK region in its article titled “Islamic State fears grow in Pakistan and Afghanistan” available at :- http://www.dawn.com/news/1141995/islamic-state-fears-grow-in-pakistan-and-afghanistan
It is not merely India [which is sandwiched between large number of Muslim population of South - East Asia (majority of global Muslim population)] but the entire world will be impacted immensely and adversely if this fear of grab of AF-PAK by ISIS, as expressed so loudly in Pakistan, comes out to be true. Therefore USA (along with its European and other Allies) should persuade & prepare India for consensual merger of AF-PAK before ISIS grabs it, as given below :-
(1)- USA should make Government of India (GOI), Government of Pakistan (GOP) and Government of Afghanistan (GOA) to understand this looming threat and should facilitate talks between GOI, GOP and GOA for this merger of AF-PAK region in India (May be with some suitable and agreed name of the new country)
(2)- This new country (comprising India & AF-PAK) will solve most of the problems as were mentioned in http://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/letterdetails.php?letterid=676
(3)- For this USA will have to ensure that India remains genuinely secular as mentioned in http://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/viewarticles.php?editorialid=2172 . USA should also take notice of the trends in India under BJP Union government. Even in India’s capital Delhi ‘Maha Pachayat’ took place in Bawana (where communal tension regarding Muharram procession was going on) about which on Monday former Delhi Police Commissioner Ved Marwah said during TV debate that - he in his lifetime never saw such Maha Panchayat in Delhi (in which even people from U.P. came) for fueling communal polarization, which he suspected that, it may be mainly due to elections coming in Delhi.
(4)- It is essential that during the entire process of merger of AF-PAK in India, the LAC / border of India with China remain peaceful. Because India is not that smart in military matters hence does not understand that China does not want Indo - China border dispute resolved. Therefore USA should persuade India, also to pressurize China for resolution of border dispute through UN Judicial Commission. China may agree and even cooperate in this entire program / mission because ISIS threat to AF-PAK region will pose threat to China also in its communally surcharged Xinjiang region.
It is hoped that USA (the leader of free world) under the Presidency of Obama (who in the last phase of his Presidency will like to leave a worthwhile legacy) will rise to occasion and will make this merger of AF-PAK in India a reality in the interest of human rights for Billions of people in South - East Asia.
