As per media ‘Bombay Lawyers Association’ (BLA) is planning to file a review petition in Supreme Court of India (SCI) over April 19, 2018 verdict in Justice Loya case as given also at - https://www.news18.com/news/india/bombay-lawyers-association-to-file-review-petition-in-sc-over-justice-loya-verdict-1723131.html
In said verdict SCI has not only relied heavily on the statements of 4 judges of Maharashtra judiciary (who said that J. Loya’s death was natural though these 4 judges are not medical authorities) but has also mentioned about contempt of court by the petitioners.
The SCI does not understand or want to understand contempt laws is evident from the fact that by its complicity in criminal contempt about Babri-Masjid demolition the SCI has allowed (as explained below) the BJP to gain power at center and in many States, the party whose President is Amit Shah and who is the subject matter of the said SCI verdict of April 19, 2018
“[It is a matter of common sense that if you want to suppress any human group then the best way is to suppress its religion. Hence by demolishing Babri-Masjid on December 6, 1992 the Hindutva forces (BJP etc) have suppressed Muslims in the most fundamental sense and which immensely suits communal BJP electorally. Because SCI did not restore the status-quo-ante of Babri Masjid the communal Hindus got embolden and indulged in the massacre of thousands of innocent Muslims (including children, women and old people) including in 2002 in Modi & Amit Shah’s Gujarat. These communal Hindus not only laid their hands-on Islam (by demolishing Babri Masjid) but on SCI too because Babri-Masjid was demolished in the presence of the Observer of SCI. Therefore, as an aggrieved party as per law SCI is under legal obligation to suo-motto restore the status-quo-ante of Babri-Masjid otherwise it is Criminal Contempt of Court (by SCI) under section 2 C (i) read with section 16 of Contempt of Court Act for lowering the authority of the Court.]”
The BLA ought to understand that the SCI is thoroughly comprised under the present regime where not only PM Modi, BJP President Amit Shah but even President Kovind are complicit in destroying the judiciary (especially its apex SCI) for the purpose of keeping communal BJP in power as explained at -

Therefore if ‘Bombay Lawyers Association’ wants to succeed in said review or curative petition to be filed in SCI in J. Loya murder /death case then BLA should simultaneously pray that this review or curative petition should not be heard by CJI Dipak Misra & 4 SCJs Chelmeshwar, Arun Gogoi, Madan B. Lokur and Kurien Joseph for the simple reason that these 5 Judges of Supreme court don’t understand contempt laws as explained above.
