If Army Chief believes Pakistan carrying out terrorism in J&K then why Indian military is not in Pakistan to eliminate “India specific Pak terrorist infra-structure”. By Hem Raj Jain
Pakistan promotes terrorism by alleged act of commission whereas India is doing so by act of omission (ii)- India doesn’t seem to care about life & blood lost by soldiers and civilians in J&K in terrorism by allegedly Pak sponsored terrorists (iii)- The leader of free world the USA should not remain passive spectator in this matter (iv)- Despite hollow-boast by former army chiefs and PM Modi India due to fear of China wouldn’t send its military in China supported Pakistan to eliminate “India centric Pak terrorist infra-structure”(v) Prez Biden should help India militarily to bring 6 (5 authorities and one militant Jihadi) of Pakistan for producing them before “International Court of Justice”.
Through a press conference, Indian Army chief General Manoj Pande on Thursday said that Pakistan is trying to aggregate terrorism in the Rajouri-Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir (as reported at https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/army-chief-general-manoj-pande-army-day-speaks-on-terror-activities-in-jammu-and-kashmirs-rajouri-and-poonch-2487487-2024-01-11 and https://www.newindianexpress.com/nation/2023/dec/25/army-chief-manoj-pande-visits-poonch-exhorts-commanders-to-conduct-ops-in-most-professional-manner-2644830.html ).
But this is objectionable on the part of India as per international law. If the Indian Army Chief believes that Pakistan is carrying out terrorism in J&K (through proxies) then why is the Indian military not in Pakistan to eliminate “India centric Pak terrorist infra-structure” . Rather India should send its military in Pakistan to arrest and bring 6 (5 of its military and government and State functionaries / authorities namely Army Chief of Pakistan, ISI Chief of Pakistan , Defense Minister of Pakistan, Prime MInister of Pakistan and President of Pakistan and sixth the head of terrorist organization) to India for producing them before “International court of Justice” (ICJ).
If India doesn’t do so then it will also be guilty of spreading terrorism in the region by acts of omission which is equally condemnable as the act of commission in which Pakistan is allegedly (as per Indian Army Chief Gen. Pande) involved in spreading terrorism in J&K. Of course despite the claim / boast of former Army Chiefs about two fronts war (as reported at https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/army-prepared-for-two-and-a-half-front-war-gen-rawat/article18867921.ece and https://www.theweek.in/news/india/2020/01/11/how-will-india-handle-a-two-front-war-army-chief-general-naravane-explains.html ) despite the claim / boast of PM Modi about his 56 inch chest, India, out of fear of non-democratic authoritarian emerging world power China, will think twice (due to support of every kind of China to Pakistan) before sending its military in Pakistan for arresting and bringing the said 6 (5Pak authorities & sixth the head of terrorist organization) to India for producing them before the ICJ hence in such a difficult situation for India the USA should adequately help India militarily.
It is hoped Prez Biden will show by his actions that the USA doesn’t believe in one-sided friendship with India (like through QUAD etc) and will address India’s military concerns by adequately helping India militarily in arresting and bringing the said 6 (5 authorities and one militant Jihadi) of Pakistan to India for producing them before the ICJ to face justice
