Why is the Sikh minister leading the 2.6 million Christians of Punjab? Pakistan. By Dr. Emanuel Adil Ghouri

During my student days, I had the opportunity to read the concepts of democracy of great political thinkers like Aristotle and Al-Biruni, according to which political parties establish a democratic government through political struggle, which is established by the people and works for the people. When I had the opportunity to see Pakistani democracy in real life, this democracy was very different from Aristotle's democracy. Here, there was no democracy even within democratic parties.

It seemed that these political parties were not registered political companies with the Election Commission, but rather, in the current circumstances, they were joint capital investment companies that used their capital to buy power from generation to generation

When it comes to party leadership, their children are the officials. Even if the party comes to power, their children are the rulers.

The concept of Pakistani democracy has been described by the poet of the East, Allama Iqbal, in just one poem .They say that democracy is a form of government in which the people are counted, not weighed. This poem by Iqbal undoubtedly accurately reflects Pakistani democracy. But if I talk about the role of minorities in democracy here, then according to the prevailing method of representation for them, their voters are neither counted nor weighed while nominating the representatives imposed on them. If we look at it, in the constituency of Narowal, from where Ramesh Singh Arora was nominated as an MPA with the help of a political boss, the number of votes from his community is only seven, while the number of Christian voters is approximately 50,000.

The matter does not end here. When it comes to choosing a protector of minority rights at the Punjab level, there too, ignoring the 2.6 million Christian population of Punjab, Ramesh Singh Arora, from the Sikh community with only a few thousand votes, has been nominated as the Minister for Minority Affairs and imposed on 2.6 million Christians as a minister.  If they become leaders on the seats they received in the election, this will be the result.  Let's say these representatives have some political compulsion, but what is the compulsion of these fake church leaders who invite Ramesh Singh Arora to churches, make him stand on the altar, wear a garland, and seal his leadership?  I was deeply angry at the indifference and helplessness of my people when the fire incident took place in the church of Gujar Khan. When the pastor of the said church, Rumeen Singh Arora  and others, went there to express their condolences as is the custom of the church, the church administration was welcoming them wearing garlands as if they had come to lay the foundation stone of the church, not to express their condolences.Recently, an award ceremony was organized by Christians at YCMA, in which the award was presented to the person in question, proving that only you can be the protector of the rights of minorities

This leadership was accepted by the minority wing-selected leadership and the religious leadership, proving that we Christians are political slaves and we are ready to enslave anyone as long as our personal interests and our arrogance remain intact. Our collective pride has died.I remember an example that may seem good to some and bad to others. .

There was a king in a city. One day he thought that he would check to what extent the people were slaves to his orders and whether they could ever develop any pride.  He issued a decree that Those who wish to enter the city will be required to have five shoes tied on their heads by a government footman. The people did not protest this, but instead would get up in the morning and tie five shoes on their heads before entering the city. After two or three days, people did not protest that this was an injustice to us, but rather protested that the number of officials who beat us with shoes should be increased because it takes too much time and we are late for our duty. A nation that has fallen to this extent can never wake up to claim its rights. They are ruled by other nations.
