How can any self-respecting POTUS go to China despite getting especially such 3 out of 4 redlines dictated by China to him. By Hem Raj Jain
No POTUS (President of the US) who takes self-respect of himself and of the USA seriously would have gone to Chia when ahead of his visit China issued redlines for him as to what and what not to talk by him in China as reported at https://www.thedailyjagran.com/world/china-draws-four-red-lines-ahead-of-trumps-visit-warns-they-must-not-be-challenged-10311984 .
Instead of making these redlines public, China could have conveyed these either to White House or to State Department in private but it is evident that China cares nothing about the sensitivities and the clout of the USA, the super economic and military power of the world and China thinks that it can get away with impunity despite such audacious insult & effrontery to the USA.
As far as the merits of these 4 redlines one can understand the fourth because there is no reason why the economical rise of any country should be obstructed by any other country including by the USA which means China certainly has developmental right but how can the USA agrees to not press the issues mentioned in the first three redlines namely independence of Taiwan, Human rights friendly global order and secular democracy as mandatory political model for member countries of the global order especially in view of the fact that as a leader of the free world the USA has all along claimed and has been expected by the free world to defend by all means these three fundamental & vital issues for any well functioning global order.
Therefore if Prez Trump has any value for the self-respect of himself and of the USA In mind then he should raise (during his current visit to China) the issues mentioned in first three redlines and if CHINa responds to it in a nasty manner then after returning back to the USA the POTUS Should declare the dismantling of the UN (Which the USA Sponsored in 1945 after world war -II) and announced new world body (as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4747 and https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4790 )with these issues mentioned in first three redlines as pre-condition to become the member of the said new world body and also make independent sovereign Taiwan as a member of the new world body.
NO-doubt it is not easy to launch the said such new world body given the recent experience of the USA in Iran war which has shown the limitation of the military power of the USA especially when China and its ally Russia are helping Iran but it is not that difficult too as mentioned above in PCP 4747 at S.No. (5)— No doubt it is not as simple as said. Any Religion is the custodian of the values of its society and the religion of the majority of Americans the US-Christianity is not taking interest in helping the US-administration in launching a “New Rule Based Global order of Secular Democracy” as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4461 therefore the Trump- admin can mobile some other religion which is being practiced by the people in the USA which can be my religion Jainism.
It is hoped by all the patriotic citizens of the USA that if not of himself but at least for the self respect of the USA the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the USA Prez Trump would behave in China the way as the leader of free world is expected to behave by raising the issues mentioned in the first three redlines issued by China ahead of his visit to China.
