Whenever August, 15 comes people in India (while happily celebrating the independence day) always remember sadly the gory tragedy of partition of India which resulted in huge loss of lives, blood and properties (practically genocide ) on both sides of the border, of course much more on Pakistani side where Jains were also the victims.

Though people of India of my generation (born before independence of 1947) have been told stories about various villains who were responsible for this gory partition, chief among them Mohammed Ali Jinnah, the Quaid -e-Azam of Pakistan and the party Muslim League which supported partition including in 1946 elections  (which sealed the fate of partition) but the real story has never been told in India (about the real culprit which is  ‘Jamiat Ulma-e- Hind’ ) due to the simple reason that Hindu majority India (and especially the Hindutva forces which are presently in power led by PM Modi ) doesn’t want to acknowledge that Muslims and their organization were or are of any consequence in India or in South Asia.

But whether Indians like it or not the fact of the matter is that - it was mainly the Naivete of ‘Jamiat Ulma-e- Hind’ which was responsible not only for partition of India but is responsible also for all present political problems of Indian and other Muslims, the global Ummah, as explained below:-

(1)- The views expressed by Maulana Arshad madani in his video  ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13xe63VyGJE ) are quite informative. No doubt JUH and their leadership were opposed to partition of India therefore they were supporting “All India Azad Muslim Conference” the AIAMC  which was opposing partition of India (as mentioned at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_India_Azad_Muslim_Conference )

(2)- But the JUH made huge  mistake rather was not serious about its commitment against partition of India hence it didn’t put its entire weight behind AIAMC during 1946 election which decided the fate of partition of India. The JUH and its leadership neither issued Fatwa for Jihad (as it did by Hazarat Shah Abdul Aziz Dehalvi in 1803 as per Maulana Madni in this video) against partition of India nor provided all its resources including financial and large number of ground volunteers to AIAMC especially at polling booths for this election  with the result the AIAMC faired very badly in this election against Muslim League  which was supporting partition and this led to partition of India which has harmed the Indian Muslims the most politically.

(3)- This blunder by the JUH happened in 1946 due to the reason that the JUH and its top leadership has never been serious about serving Islam and its Ummah. Even now they are more interested in getting publicity on media in a hilarious and vulgar way but not interested in serving the causes of Muslim Ummah (Indian and Global) as explained below:-

(I)- IN INDIA- If you want to suppress a community then best way is to suppress its religion. Indian Muslims who are presently complaining 24x7 about their harassment in presently Hindutva ruled India is the direct result of the way Indian Muslims and their religious leaders including the JUH fought the case of Babri Masjid (where they didn’t try seriously to get removed Hindu Idols for 70 years from the central dome of the Masjid and about getting status-quo-ante restored after its demolition in 1992) otherwise the fate of Babri masjid would have been different in Supreme Court judgement of 2019 and related matters like 2002 Massacre of thousands of innocent Muslims in Gujarat (where Muslims didn’t try to get SIT restored despite BBC documentary as explained at - https://bangladeshchronicle.net/without-relying-on-the-us-muslims-cannot-get-justice-from-the-indian-state/. )

(ii)-IN THE WORLD-  Lately the entire world (including India which depends heavily on oil imports for its energy security) is suffering due to two wars namely the Ukraine war and Iran war and the existing global order of the Christian West sponsored United Nations have been destroyed . In Iran war the Sunni Muslim countries of the GCC (including Saudi Arabia, the place of Mecca and Medina) have also been attacked by Iran.

(4)- These global problems and even the Palestine problem (which agitates the global Ummah the most) can be solved only when a “New Human Rights Friendly Rule Based Global Order of Secular Democracies” (NHRFRBGOSD) is established by some global power. The JUH can do it by working for establishing “New Human Rights Friendly Rule Based Global Islamic Order of Secular Democracies” (NHRFRBGIOSD). 

(5)- The JUH can do it (if tries as generally mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4669 where Islam should be read in place of Christianity) if the JUH tries to bring the politics of India and of the USA under its influence through political parties in these two countries patronized by the JUH (and not like the party AIMIM of Mr. Owaisi which is projected as Muslim Party - because in Hindu majority India declaredly Muslim party has no chance of ever coming to power especially at centre which has jurisdiction over foreign policy). 

It is hoped the JUH will start taking the message of brotherhood of Islam seriously and would try to establish a new “Human Rights Friendly Islamic Global Order “ the said NHRFRBGIOSD which is the need of the entire mankind as existing global order of the UN Is finished and mankind can’t do without some global order which is necessary in contemporary globalized world.
