Within last week two very important developments have taken place which have immense ramification for Indo-US relationship. First is the passing of Lindsay Graham sanctioning Russia and Iran Act 2026 (already signed by Prez Trump into law) as reported at https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/india/us-house-passes-lindsey-o-graham-bill-authorising-100-tariffs-on-india-china-over-russian-oil-purchases/articleshow/134297032.cms which enables the POTUS To impose unto 100 % tariffs on India and China. The second is the China-Pakistan boundary commission which has riled India as reported at https://indianexpress.com/article/india/has-no-legal-basis-india-rejects-pakistan-china-boundary-commission-10881333/ .
Some people may think what second development has to do with the USA ? But any one who understands the strategic scenerio around India knows that it has given tremendous chance for the USA To make India and ChIna fall in line, which the said 100 % Tariff enabling Act can never do.
India has been complaining from time to time that China has entered on Indian territory of united J&K (Which includes PoK, Ladakh, Gilgit and Balitstan) but India doesn’t have courage to remove China from its territories militarily for the obvious reason Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said (https://www.telegraphindia.com/india/blasphemous-congress-slams-s-jaishankars-statement-on-china-issue/cid/1918295#goog_rewarded ) that China is more in power than India. Hence India has been cicking the can down the road and will continue to do so in future. But Prez Trump can precipitate the matter, as explained below, if the POTUS really wants to discipline India and China who have been supporting Russia in Ukraine war by purchasing huge amount of Russian oil:-
(1)- Though Prez Trump has lowered the credibility and power of the UN by various measures but at the same he has used the UN When he wants to . So in this case also the POTUS Ought to get a resolution passed in the UNSC that India should refer the matter of accession to the wishes of the people by carrying out referendum as mandated by Instrument of Accession (IoA) as mentioned at https://ikashmir.net/historicaldocuments/115.html.
(2)- But India can’t carryout this referendum by getting united J&K free from outsider which is not an easy task because not only weaker Pakistan but much more powerful China is also there on united J&K as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4915. Hence India has no other choice then to ask the USA To help India militarily in getting united J&K free from both outsiders so that India can carryout IoA mandated referendum in united J&K. And the USA can do it only if the USA use military power of new global order for which it has to start working for the launch and running of the new rule based global order by taking the help and assistance of my religion the US-Jainism as mentioned at

(3)- When India thus asks the USA To help it militarily in getting the said referendum carried out then the POTUS can easily make India to agree to whatever terms the USA Puts before India (Which 100 % tariff will never achieve).
(4)- At the same time this military power of new world body will depend heavily on adequate boots on ground provided by federation of extended SAARC led by India which will have even Tibet and Xinjiang as member of the federation (as mention in the article) hence the USA will have opportunity to make China to agree to whatever terms the USA Puts before China (Which 100 % tariff will never achieve).
(5)- Prez Trump has already destroyed the military clout of the USA enough through ill conceived and ill prepared Iran war hence now it is time the POTUS being the Supreme Commander of the armed forces of the USA ought to stop thinking about merely winning coming midterm election and instead ought to think about working in the vital longterm interest (especially military) of the USA
