Supremo JKNPP held online meeting, demand withdrawal of draconian laws including sale of land to outsiders

New Delhi: Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron, J&K National Panthers Party & Sr.Advocate, Supreme Court held online meeting with all district presidents of the party with clear message that every worker of the Panthers Party from Kashmir to Jammu and Jammu to Ladakh shall get ready for a political fight which shall be fought from the streets to the Supreme Court. He appealed to the Panthers Party leaders and the activists to get in touch with other political parties in J&K which are fighting for the cause of the poor and the farmers.

 Prof.Bhim Singh conveyed his message to every district committee from Poonch to Kathua and Doda to Kupwara (Kashmir) that the Panthers Party should get in cooperation with all secular, democratic and peace-loving political parties so that all of us can save the people of J&K from horrible and draconian rule like land laws which were enforced by the Ministry of Home Affairs only two days back.

 Prof. Bhim Singh appealed to all secular, democratic and peace-loving political parties to sit together and decide as to what needs to be done to save the land and the laws which were enforced during the Maharaja’s rule to protect the land and immovable property of the residents of J&K. He congratulated the Panthers Party leadership to take up this cause on the streets mobilizing the residents whose future stands threatened. It was the Constituent Assembly of India which were enforced by rulers of J&K and given full protection by the Constituent Assembly when the Constitution of India was written.

Prof.Bhim Singh also held indoor meeting with the active members of the State Legal Aid Committee, J&K (an NGO). A committee of the lawyers has been set-up which shall prepare appropriate representation to be presented to the President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind. J&K is under the President’s Rule as the Parliament of India had converted the State of J&K into two Union Territories. He declared that the Panthers Party shall take up movement on the streets with a clear message that outsiders shall not be allowed to purchase any immovable property including houses, orchids or whatever is identified as a state property. Several Panthers Party activists have put up notice boards in front of their houses saying that, “Outsiders shall not be allowed to purchase our houses, our land.” This is the movement along with the struggle of the Panthers Party for the revival of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron, J&K National Panthers Party who is also Chairman of Indo-Palestine Friendship Society extended greetings to the Muslim fraternity all over the world and hoped that people of Palestine shall soon get their state with recognition from the United Nations.

 He extended greetings to all the people in the world and particularly the Muslim brethren with a hope that Islam which means peace (shanti) shall convey the message of peace, fraternity and brotherhood all over the world.
