LARKANA: July 15, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Sindh Minister for Women Development Tauqir Fatima Bhutto visited the House of Ladies Wings of Shahdad Kot-Kamber District here in Shahdadkot and offered Fateha with ladies wing Senior Vice President Shamul Magsi and other places in Larkana. Women Development Minister offered Fateha and discussed the party matters. Speaking with Ladies Wing Party workers Women Development Minister said, the present Government was taking the all out efforts to promote the status of women in the society, in this regard District level Women Crisis Centers have been established in order to resolve the problems of women on their door step. Minister Tauqir Fatima Bhutto said that under micro finance scheme the short term loan will be provided to the poor widows/women so that they will be able to start their own business in their homes and enable themselves to stand on their feet. Sindh Minister for Women Development Tauqir Fatima Bhutto said, present PPP Government was struggling for the empowerment of women in every field so that the dream of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto may be completed and the Women may be given equal rights in the society, large number of party workers of Ladies Wing present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion of certificate award ceremony on the “Office Secretarial Skills Development Training and Beautification” under the supervision of Uni-tech Academy Hyderabad, the Minister said women the crisis centers were established at District level to resolve the issues of deprived poor women. She appreciated the efforts of Uni-Tech Academy Hyderabad for giving training to the Women and the Minister distributed 35 Certificates among the female candidates who have completed the training in the Beautification flied and hoped that they will perform their activities in a proper manner. the Minister also said that such kind of program may be arranged other District of province including Kamber-Shahdadkot , Shikarpur, Jakobabad, Kashmore @ Kandhkot District so that the Ladies of the mentioned District may be benefited from such kind of training. The Minister also appreciated the efforts of women who are performing their duties in different Departments as well as in Agriculture Sector in remote areas of the province.
