Pakistan in grave danger with policies of rulers; Ghinwa Bhutto

LARKANA: November 2, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Chairperson Pakistan Peoples Party Shaheed Bhutto (SB) Ghinwa Bhutto has said, on Monday that the motherland is on a critical stage and there are so many challenges ahead of the country. She expressed these notions while addressing the members of District Bar Association Larkana. She further said that country is in deep trouble of internal problems and country survival is in worst danger because of poor policies of rulers as they are playing in hands of enemies and external powers. Ghinwa criticized the current policies weakening the country and serving the interest of US and his allies, added the America is reinforcing unpopular agenda in Pakistan for their objectives. She said there is an identity of Pakistan and the masses has distinguished culture, society and national integrity between them, so that US wants to suppress sovereignty security and integrity of Pakistan she said. She lauded the untiring efforts of Shaheed-e-Awam Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who provided political awareness and self reliance ideology among the Pakistani nation, she added the Z. A Bhutto has given us a nuclear deterrence due to which no enemy can dare or will to sabotage the national security and its sovereignty she said. Chairperson PPP-SB said democracy cannot be revived by holding election but matter is to resolve the problems of people on gross root level. She said the US has changed the thinking of President Obama, what did he say during the election campaign that he will change the policies of America and mutual relations with developing countries she said. She was of the view that powers should be decentralized from top to bottom level, not the ruling of elite class in country than the change could be expected in country she said. She demanded to establish small sugar mills, steel mills and other industries to create employment in the country otherwise there is no way to the stop the poverty in country she said. Meanwhile, FIR was lodged against the prominent Sindhi poet and intellectual Sarkash Sindhi against in his publication for provocative words used for the affairs of couple belonging to their different religions. According to details, the Civil Line police station SHO, SIP Sher Afssar Pathan on the complaint by the women action forum and writers Amar Sindhu and Jami Chandio, on Monday the FIR No. 155/2009 has been lodged against Sarkash Sindhi to provocative language used and inviting the clash between the two religions and creating fear and clash in the society.
